Our guarantee

We want you to love your TrendBunny purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at support@trendbunny.store with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no return required.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or are missing original packaging cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to cancel it. Please email support@trendbunny.store immediately if you need to cancel.
